The Tai Chi hand form teaches the basis of Tai Chi movement and breath control, as you move from one sequence to another. You will learn thought the practice of the hand form to become centred and grounded during motion which transfer's to one's daily life as your awareness is enhanced.

Let’s face it: Nobody carries a Spear or sabre today. Although it’s become relatively inconsequential when it comes to self-defense, the practice of certain weapons routines and techniques can help you develop skills that are useful in life. Tai chi spear sparring, for example, teaches a range of high-level attributes from sensitivity and “listening” to avoidance and evasion. It also develops your ability to judge distances and use proper footwork, which can help you in empty-hand sparring.

The Tai Chi Ruler practice is a very rare system of Taoist Yoga, or Chi Kung utilizing a specially designed wooden wand or ruler. Each exercise coordinates breath, mental and visual concentration with a basic tai chi movements and physical pattern that shifts the body's weight between both legs integrating mind and body to purify the human spirit.
