Welcome and it is the Ptah Khi Schools honour to introduce you to the world of Chi Gong, as we enter into this world there are some basic principles that will guide us on our inward journey, these tool are the framework in restoring health and re-balancing the energetic self. When our bio-electric field if not nurtured properly will start to bleed electrical charge, this causes a loss of electricity/voltage/energy, which were once flowing through your organs, muscles, ligaments, bones, et cetera. The electrons that are bleeding from the body can be sealed thus sutured, through the use of correct healing techniques and the right Mind/Intent approach which you will learn during this course.

Wk 1. Foundation level of Jing – The way of Everlasting life
Ground zero and we’re just getting started so learning the fundamentals of Chi Gong such as 'Guarding the one' and 'holding the one' are essential techniques for everlasting life.
Wk 2. Foundation level of Jing Gong – Sexual Alchemy
Vital essence is constantly being generated through our metabolism, mental state, environment and so on, as we are surrounded and bombarded by a sexually driven society were constantly losing vitality everyday. So, to learn ways to maintain and sustain the vitality is essential to a long and health life.
Wk 3. Foundational level of Chi Gong – Clearing blockages
The joys of life and the stresses of Reality creates stagnant Chi which leads to blockages in the body, to address these blockages learn ways to unblock these restricted areas and find a new way to live and express yourself.
Wk 4. Foundational level of Chi Gong – Flow: The way of Chi
Internal cultivation while practicing meditational movements is all about maintaining central balance and equilibrium this offers us the opportunity to enter flow and achieving this in a certain mental state. Learn how to connect with this flow state and apply this to your everyday world, so be like water.
WK 5. Foundation level of Shen Gong – Finding your Centre
Whomever has his/her centre never get lost as we connect to the source of Existence, learning to become one with All, transforming through temperance and grounding with clarity. Learn ways to connect and dial into source while remaining grounded.
Wk 6. Foundational level of Shen Gong – Going Beyond the illusion
Learn to create your own approach and exercise plan with the three treasures of health and longevity, develop a way to keep yourself full of vitality and energy, strengthen your body, mind, and spirit with daily practice set by you.

Below is a general description of some of the information that will be going through during the course
THE THREE TREASURE
The three treasure of Chi Gong Nei Dan (internal alchemy) are the guidelines we will be using as we journey through these courses. During the foundational and beginner levels; the science of Jing, Chi and Shen, will be explored.
JING GONG (Vitality work): The first two weeks we will be covering physical health and learn the foundational knowledge and exercises to refining Jing to produce Chi. You will learn how to activate the Lower Dan-tien, science of men retention and the benefits for women, and how Song Gong (mobility and mobilisation) benefit menstrual cycle, reproductive system and sexual health.
CHI GONG (Energy work): During the next two weeks will be looking at various very powerful and extremely old Chi Gong techniques to improve our energetic body. Through the practice of these movements we will learn how to unblock blockages from our energetic body, feel the energy of other peoples body and learn to slow down while practising Chi Gong techniques.

SHEN GONG (Spiritual Work): During the remaining two weeks we will be using mindfulness meditational practices and various methods to improve our focus while meditating, will also be looking at different meditational practices to enhance spiritual growth and development. The use of different body positions and hand positions (cutting hands techniques) to improve energy flow while meditating in a still position will be practised so to develop a daily routine or practice use at any time. Self Mind Control techniques taught during the these 2 classes will be a useful tool in the understanding how to direct Chi to nourish your Shen through the use of Shen Gong.

YIN YANG
Yin Yang is something that is in our every day life so to manipulate these forces is the foundation of internal alchemy which we call Nei Dan. To appreciate Yin Yang is to go beyond the relationship of polarities and learn the interrelationship of True Yin which is represented by the Dragon and True Yang which is represented by Tiger, these elements of nature represent immutable forces that don't change their nature, just because they are like that, born weather in the mind of humans or in life to express this constant way. The way of the tiger is forceful and direct, this can be considered aggressive however this is a necessity in order to achieve a desired goal. The way of the Dragon in Daoism is a deeply wise mystical being, which represents the nurturing of our spiritual world, as we exist in the material world; also know as the Matrix, Maya, or simple the illusion of the holographic universe. It is the manipulation of polarity which allows for the transformations during the Great Works.
5 ELEMENTS
The five star diagram or the five elements diagram indicates the relationship between the elements within nature and within ourselves. During these courses you will learn and truly understand the relationship between the inner and outer world and how to manipulate these forces to improve our health and longeivity. The five star diagram is a powerful tool when used in conjunction with Chi Gong meditational approach, the harmonising of these 5 elements, understanding your Nature and becoming emotional independent of family, friends and the world around you, but not detached from your surroundings is the Way of Internal alchemy and the Inner Way.
SENSING CHI
You'll also discover the sensation of your own healing power, as it flows around your body or between your palms. CHI comes with many physiological experiences which during the course we are hoping to activate or cultivate in coordination with the breath, these experience during this health and longevity course will give clarity for a lifetime.

Among many of the sensation we will talk about and some will experience the feeling we feel when we’re chilly, as these tiny muscles contract at the base of each hair to make them stand on end, distorting the skin to create goosebumps. All mammals share this fur(hair)-raising trait, called piloerection, of using hair or fur to trap an insulating air layer.
However we have this physiology for another reason, we are told the process is designed to keep us warm and it is something we have inherited from my ancestry, however today’s human body hair is too fine to be of much use to warm up the body so we shiver instead. This is a far more effective approach to thermal regulation, this is better than warming us up through rapid muscle contractions. So this directs us to the knowledge of our experiences in life when we hear delightful music that feel serene as you listening to some sing or watching a breathtaking performance our hairs stand up, or simply watching nature our hairs can stand up, just from a feeling. Our skin and the sensation we feel superficially are detections of fluctuations of electrical currents the more you focus on these sensations, the more you will feel Chi energy flowing in and around your body right now.
CHI BODY OR BIO-ELECTRIC BODY
If you're really interested in this course and you have read this far, then it's time to appreciate the true nature of your being, that you are more than a physical being living life on earth or this material plane of existence. Your liquid light... yes a light being, I know its hard to believe when everything is so solid, nevertheless you are in this physical manifestation powered by electromagnetic energy which is directed by your Mind/Intent. As we are immortal energetic light being existing in realms and in-between reality's, we have a lot of landscape to cover and experience as we journey together, hold on and don't let go of what you know as knowledge is power but the use of it true power.
