Chi Gong Mind/Body Relaxation Evening sessions with Sahu
During these group evening classes we will be practising loosening Gong to improve the internal flow of everything from the circulation of blood to the pumping of cerebral spinal fluid as it washes the pineal gland.
Then we will enter into the world of meditational movements, the various forms we will be practicing are aimed to harmonisation brain waves, reduce stress and enhance mind/body connection, thus prepare your mind for a restful sleep and an energetic awakening in the morning. We will finish class with a some light stretching and finally a mindfulness meditation. If you are unable to attend a physical class at the Ptah Khi School you can book an online class with us one-to-one or in a group, check out STORE to book or just EMAIL us.
We use ZOOM which you can download for free (link below). You will have an online Instructor of high calibre and you can choose to join the physical attendance when you feel like it.

Online Courses
The Ptah Khi School also offers online courses which teach the main principles in Chi Gong and Tai Chi in relation to optimal health; the Chi Gong Course on Health and longevity is aimed at promoting regular practice to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual connection with a in depth look into the feelings experience during training. Increase your inner power... are you ready?
The main activities covered during the Health and longevity course are:
- Mobilisation of joints and muscles (Loosening Gong)
- Chi Gong (i.e. Bouncing, Tapping, 3 Spinal Swings, Shaking body)
- Ba Duan Jin (Healing Gong)
- Eight Powers (moving meditation)
- Aquar Balance (Balance and Strength)
- Basic Static Postures & Balancing
- Reeling Silk & Cloud Hands
- Threading the needle (Internal Power)
- Breathing Techniques (Mediation)
- Cooldown & Stretching Exercises
At the completion of the course there will be an assessment observed by a minimum of two instructors of Black belt or above. Depending there may also be a written examination.
