Chi Gong - Mind/Body Relaxation with Sahu
This is a 60 minute class that will cover Ptah Khi warmups for mobility with some stretching Chi Gong statics and general meditational movements along with some Tai Chi and meditation to round it all off. These evening sessions will be a powerful way to finish off the day to let go of stress and to become present and ready to have a restful sleep to recharge for the next day.
