Today we had a great demonstration showing Chi Gong and the short hand form, the Chi Gong included was Nine breaths, BA DUAN JIN and reeling silk. Ba Duan Jin is Chi Gong used to improve circulation of Chi through muscle and tendon stretching, this strengthens the bones and tones the muscle, thus developing suppleness and peace of mind.
