Stretching the body in a dynamic manner is very important as a static stretch length and the muscles and tendons but in the slow progressive manner so it’s useful if you are injured and you are rehabilitating your body back to normal. But if you are injury free and want to improve your mobility then stretching through your full range is the best method in mobilising a joint. Saluting the Sun is a simple method in improving your mobility while moving.
Remember to breath deeply through your nose with your mouth close. Tai Chi Future
