Due to the Society that we live in we spend a lot of time with our spines bent forward. This curve to the spine cause a compression on the inner aspect of the vertebrae, and can lead to bulging disk or muscular tightness.
An exercise like #energybends cause the spine to move through the natural full range of flexion and extension the individual body can manage... as we’re all at our own stage of development or flexibility.
