Tai Chi as an art form is a holistic one so we incorporate the movements we learn from the hand form and Chi Gong and applying them in a self defence manner. As a result we reinforce the general movements we use in our daily activities; thus becoming more healthier, stronger and calmer in mind and emotions. Practicing self defence techniques helps in dealing with any fear we may have during confrontation and indirectly Developing skills in conflict conflict resolution.
